About me
How Freeform Dance Movement Helped Me Rebirth
Five years ago, during a therapy session, my psychologist recommended that I try 5Rhythms to fine-tune my emotional awareness. I had never danced before and was convinced I wouldn’t like it… how wrong I was! This path led me to discover conscious dance practices, but the true turning point came in 2021, after a van accident that nearly cost me my life. Through Ecstatic Dance and 5Rhythms, I found a way to express what I couldn’t put into words after the trauma, and since then, I have felt a deep sense of gratitude toward both practices.
From this healing experience, a curiosity was born within me—to learn how to facilitate these transformative spaces. To pursue this, in 2023-2024, I trained for nine months with Albert Pala, a leading figure in Ecstatic Dance in Spain. Since then, I have continued to open new doors through weekly 5Rhythms sessions with Gina Espinosa in Barcelona, nurturing the dream of one day becoming a 5Rhythms teacher myself. 😊

Rooting Myself in the Earth My Sanctuary in Nature
I need to connect with the earth regularly, immersing myself in the sweet territory of silence from the deep forests—without it, I feel unwell. Since childhood, I’ve been close to nature through hobbies like fly fishing and foraging wild mushrooms. My form of Vipassana is spending a week alone in the Pyrenees Mountains with my campervan, searching for morels and porcinis while contemplating the beauty of nature and listening to the earth's rhythms. As a 1/3 Projector, these moments allow me to rest, release what isn’t mine, and recharge my energy.

EDULIS Ecstatic Dance in Harmony with Nature
Edulis is a musical project born from my gratitude for conscious dance practices and my deep connection with nature—particularly forests, rivers, and fungi. I infuse this energy into every session, transforming them into gateways to the energy of the moment, guided by natural cycles. This connection influences every detail, from the selection of the site that hosts the dance floor, to the visuals in my communication, the incorporation of natural elements in the decor, the warm-up practices, and the musical journey that accompanies the dancers.

From Analysis to Rhythm My Journey Before Dancing
Trained as an engineer in 2010, I have spent the last 15 years using my creativity to solve business challenges with a positive social and environmental impact. This path has led me to collaborate with a wide range of organizations, from multinational renewable energy companies to launching an aquaponics startup that grows fresh vegetables by repurposing fish waste. I continue working in this field part-time as a Social Innovation consultant. More info here.
